Abdul Rashid bin Mohd Yusope 1931-2009 (2) ACS Malacca 1947-1950


Bapak's family moved from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca during the war when KL was bombed. He had attended Pasar Road English School in Kuala Lumpur before attending the Anglo-Chinese School (ACS) in Malacca. He attended the ACS for 4 years (1947-1950). The ACS was 5 km from where his family lived at 262 Banda Hilir/Masjid Banda Hilir.

My father attended the ACS Malacca between 20 January 1947 and 7 December 1950. His school leaving certificate gives his details at ACS. He was also a prefect in 1950.
